Sugar, cream, butter and chocolate - the four food groups! Sabrina loves them all. Throw them all together, add a couple eggs, maybe some flour & oh! - the possibilities!! Cake, buttercream, mousse, truffles, ganache - all yummy.
Sabrina started baking in her mom's kitchen - standing on a chair, playing with a bowl of sugar, butter and flour. Years later (without the need of a chair) she still makes the same melt in your mouth shortbread.
With a background in design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, and pastries from Dubrulle Culinary Institute in Vancouver, Sabrina delights in creating beautiful and always yummy confections. From the showpiece wedding cakes to desserts for dinner parties, to handmade chocolates to beautiful iced cookies - Sabrina does it all!
